I offer you three suggestions to help strengthen your team’s selling success.

The first idea is to make sure you, as a sales coach and leader, are actually spending time coaching. Too many sales managers only focus on their rep’s transactions and what they’ve sold. How much time are you going to spend in 2024 riding with your reps and coaching to improve their selling process skills and messaging?

In the old days we just turned reps loose and talked to them every few months. As long as they were selling, we were happy.

Business is too complex today to just leave reps alone. Your team has too few opportunities to sell so we need to make sure they’re successful every time they do get in front of a buyer.
