    Great video as usual. My question is about the, “Why and How,” vs. ‘What and new?’
    Is the new style really better than the old? Or is this more of a transitional or evolving mindset? In 20 years, will be possibly go back to what was done in a previous generation?

The reality the conversation is no longer “is the old way better or worse than the new ways?” I believe it is only now asking what is the best way to sell and manage today. The old ways have changed and are going away so the only alternative we have is to either stay current with what is working best today…or become obsolete. I don’t know that there has ever been anything in business that changed, then reverted back to the way the last generation did it. Things are constantly moving forward…now the only question is what can you be doing today to adjust and then increase your competitive edge to win more business!
