Thank you for watching my videos this past year! I posted almost 150 videos, all under two minutes, aimed at helping you and your team improve your selling skills, sales leadership skills or what you could do to be a more effective coach of your team.
When you see a topic you like, show that video at a sales meeting, whether online or face-to-face. Ask questions such as “What did you think of the video?” “How relevant is it to what we’re doing here?” and “What are you going to try different next week based on what we talked about?” By showing a video and asking a few questions, you can have a training process that’s brief, yet effective.
