Too many organizations I see have a head of sales coaching and leading their sales team, but there’s nobody coaching and helping the manager in their skills helping them improve their effectiveness in doing their job. We can all benefit from coaching help from somebody outside who has a fresh set of eyes, more experienced opinions of what and how we can be more effective.
But to become a stronger and more effective sales leader will likely only happen when you get regular coaching and guidance. So… who’s your coach?
