Sales expert Jeff Slutsky (Kansas City) has a great selling idea that can help your team. Whenever a salesperson talks with a buyer, every statement they make needs to end with a question mark. Instead of saying “This product comes in three colors,” you’d instead say “This product comes in three colors, which color do you like best?”
The idea is to end every statement in a sales call with a question. This will help encourage your buyer to be more interactive, answer your questions, and have more of a balanced dialogue.
What can you do to get your reps to be talking less by getting their buyers to do more of the talking?
