Sales managers used to take time to ride with a sales rep meeting customers to increase buyer relationships. But most managers today can’t afford that much time away from the office. Think you can increase your buyer connectivity by using Zoom (or any other video platform)?

Have your rep bring their laptop on their call explaining you want to join in their call. “My manager would like to say hi, thank you for your business and ask a few questions.”
